‘Used & Abused’ is a weekly feature that we plan to post on a weekend, featuring a couple of photos of some of our kit that we’ve thoroughly used, and abused.

First up are my Crank Bros cleats & Shimano M160 shoes. I’ve had this set up for a good year now & ridden them almost every single day, clocking up around 3,000 miles on them last year & over 1,000 this year already. They could really do with replacing very soon, both the cleats & shoes.
